Add that to the $67B Abbvie debt and you’re talking Abbvie debt load of OVER $90B You’ll see massive WARN and RIF for Allergan employees and Abbv personnel This is the dumbest move Rick has EVER made.
 






Saunders is the worst thing to ever happen to Allergan, and will be destructive to Abbvie. This merger makes zero sense. Employees will take the brunt of this, as usual.
 






Allergan's salesforce culture will not gel well with our standards. I hope all Product Managers, Product Directors, NSMs, RDs, RBDs, and DMs stay under Abbvie's control when realignments and franchises are created.
I pray to any higher being to make sure this happen.

AGN shareholders just got bailed out at the expense of Abbvies shareholders.
Why do you think there’s was massive insider trading and dumping of options in the last quarter?

Brent Saunders is a joke. He basically ruined anything good that was left at Allergan culture, and his bad decision-making cause the shareprice to nosedive robbing legacy AGN employees of the value of their portfolios before that dipshit arrived.

Rick diluted EPS by adding debt and raising new capitol in the form of new shares. Us old school Abbv shareholders got screwed. Trading volume through the roof. Institutional holders/Hedge funds bailing BIG TIME. Will see a 50% dividend cut in next 6 months. BAD move by Rick AGAIN.

Ummmm, last time I checked all that Pharma reps do is show up, drop samples, leave doughnuts, flirt with MAs/Docs and beg for rx's. Your "culture" reference is ludicrous. There's no such thing as "Company Culture" anymore. A little elitest is you ask me...
