The management from the top down is awful! The regional director Brian Belak is the leader of this awful pack of flunkies. Ever since he took over the entire management team manages employees to be robots and give 3 full product presentations on every call regardless of how busy or annoyed the Doctor is. And let's not forget to show3-4 different MVA pages on every single call. And now the expectation is that even specialty reps with much bigger territories and less targets meet a minimum of 11 calls per day and 80% sample average. It doesn't matter if you don't agree with this or anything else management throws your way because you are NOT allowed to have an opinion in this division. For this reason employees are miserable and will continue to drop off like flies. If you don't mind being a robot, or being managed by douche bags, this is the place for you!!!
 






You are not alone! There is a HUGE difference in culture from region to region. It seems that it starts and ends with the RD, as the DMs under them HAVE to follow their lead or tell their story walkin'. I am in the same boat far away. One of my partners transferred and went from a 2.9 to a 3.3 instantly. IT IS WHAT "THEY" WANT IT TO BE. Subjectivity rules.
 






Today I met a specialty rep for Latuda who wants to relocate and asked me about opportunities with Forest and how I liked it here.....man do I miss being able to sincerely say how great it is.

I worked with BB when he was interim RD in Detroit. Passionate guy, a little hardcore, but overall he was pretty fair from what I could tell.
