wow, you must know him. i guess he's known as rick. he signed off on everything. look at all the sec filings. seems he was being loyal after cashing out 15 million and then 2 million a few days before he left. he knew the company was going to collapse. that's fraud. he sold dendreon stock knowing the company was going to crash. he didn't want to be there when it happened.
