Rheum senior leadership does not want reps homeschooling their kids. Are the other divisions doing the same? (Rheum has hours of training calls, account review, business reviews, trackers, web/ tele detailing, challenger training, clinical training, exams, etc)
 












I came on in the 2018/2019 rheum expansion. The morale was very poor at that point. Since the launch of Rinvoq, all the reps working their butts off for pathetic launch bonuses and the constant trackers has fueled the morale to a toxic low. To add insult to injury, reps were beat down and made to feel like they sucked, only to go to the NSM and find out Rinvoq exceeded all expectations. So what's going with this situation should be of no surprise to anyone.
 






I am disappointed on how awful senior “leadership” is treating parents. A full week of role plays, sales training, looking like an a-hole and trying to webex a dr- and having ZERO regard that homeschooling takes SEVERAL hours. I have never been so disgusted with the managers ( of course it’s the ones without children at home) and our Regional Manager. She has been disgusting and self serving during this time
(I put leadership in quotes because they are not acting like leaders)

Tell ya what- stop taking the paycheck and homeschool the kids. Otherwise, stop bitching. Damn lucky we haven’t been furloughed. Winy ass adults like you are the reason culture suffers.

In other words “ I am as ugly on the outside as I am on the inside and cannot relate. I have no children and no spouse” lol
 






People without kids resent those with them. Especially woman. Complex issue, but it’s a combination of insecurity coupled with the belief that those with kids “slack off” and use children as an excuse to work less.

Same here in the south. No one making bonus, stupid calls all day long, regional is a pos.
