I have a phone screen, in-person interview, then fly to friggin Dallas and I get an e-mail that says they went with someone else. Very unprofessional!!!! A call should have been made rather than simply 'sorry went with another candidate'.

when I interviewed for praluent, I didn't hear an answer for 3 weeks after Dallas! (I didn't get it) The recruiter told me the person who got the "yes" found out the same day. It seems nuts to me not to give your chosen candidate at least a verbal offer sooner, but I guess that's how it works here. Good Luck!

I just got a phone call from the TAT rep. It was a no for me. Good luck to everyone else.

Consider yourself lucky. Kind of like a bad relationship. You found out what they really are like before they have an opportunity to completely ruin your life. Believe me, there are much better companies. People like that are trash and if that is what the company wants to be perceived like, well then so be it. It's horrible that they wasted your time and then treated you like garbage with absolutely no ounce of professionalism to at least give you a phone call. They forget what it's like on the other side of the fence. Don't worry, people like that hiring manager that treated you like shit usually end up getting the Karma they deserve later.

I agree. Many of us received these priceless "red flags." I'm coming from another internal division thinking it might be better, but now I'm convinced I don't want to work for people like This.

Never got the dear john email, but did get an automated email requesting I sign for a background check a week ago. My interview was 3 weeks ago. Said I would hear in 2 weeks. So confused. Guess it was a no?
