In the many years I sold vaccines, I saw the 'haves' from other countries fly to the USA for vaccinations.
I agree there should be choice - like people can choose not to be vaccinated, colleges have the choice to refuse admission to the unvaccinated and companies may refuse to hire the unvaccinated. Herd immunity works but if we get below the herd immunity level, we become a 3rd world country.

For one thing, he (and Trump) still think vaccines are linked to autism. When that Playboy Playmate, Jenny McCarthy started spreading that rumor, he bit hard. Eventually we took the Thimerosal (which she/they said caused it) out of vaccines and what happened? Autism increased. Any pediatrician with a brain that hasn't been eaten by a worm will tell you that the reason autism increased had nothing to do with thimerosal in vaccines - it was due to the changes in criteria for diagnosing autism.
