Yea haven't had mine yet but I suspect the same thing. At this point do you really want to stay. I will take the package and walk away with my head held high. May even take a few months off to regroup.
Many of the people that stay will only be here for another year anyway

Sure these reviews are unfair. The FLM's have only so many 1's, 2's and 3's they can give out, so there is going to be people that will get a raw deal. Get it through your heads that these rankings are a way to get rid of people. If you kissed your FLM's ass you will probably get a good ranking on V's and B's. It doesn't matter if your smart, have outstanding sales or won major awards because V's and B's are a way to get rid of you.
 






Reviews now don't even really matter. If we are getting rid of all these people, even if everyone got a 3 , they would still have to decide who stays and goes. Just 1 peg in the spoke
