Why is Sales Performance only 70% of our ratings? It should be 100% because all that matters to management is your ranking, nothing else. You could do everything right and if your ranked outside of the top 20% enjoy your 2% raise. SUCKERS. But if you get lucky enough to have reasonable goals and do NOTHING but get in the top 20% you’re a hero.
This company needs to move in a more sustainable direction. They are stuck in the corporate mentality of the 90’s. Doesn’t work anymore. Our competitors that are doing it differently are going to win the talent war. Sad.
 






Our numbskull management is getting sued because of that crook : Pearson's ponzi scheme . The Upper management is running on scotch tape and string. The company is BROKE and everyone is trying to justify their jobs. Friends these assholes are in one big circle jerk. Milk them for all you can and get while the getting is good!
 






Well, now that we’ve heard from the bottom 2% of the sales force….. I love hearing these type of excuses from people who are inept at their jobs. Please continue to tell us about how much harder you work than everyone else but you can’t succeed because of other people, or quotas, or the sun was in your eyes..
 






It has little to do with the reps and how they are rated , it has everything to do with favoritism and how much upper management ass they kiss. It really doesn't make a difference this company is being run by corrupt , incompetent fools! The company is a prime example of this entire Pharma industry- BS!

You’re just now realizing favoritism?? How long have you been living under a rock?? Stroke a few egos, kiss their asses and be a part of the “boys” club and you will make it! Right, TP and RL? BL has his crew of ‘friends’.
