Why is Sales Performance only 70% of our ratings? It should be 100% because all that matters to management is your ranking, nothing else. You could do everything right and if your ranked outside of the top 20% enjoy your 2% raise. SUCKERS. But if you get lucky enough to have reasonable goals and do NOTHING but get in the top 20% you’re a hero.
This company needs to move in a more sustainable direction. They are stuck in the corporate mentality of the 90’s. Doesn’t work anymore. Our competitors that are doing it differently are going to win the talent war. Sad.
