This is a serious red flag that a company isn't doing well financially. They are going to change the ICP structure with only 2.5 weeks left in the quarter. This is realistically a way for Forest to pay out less and maximize its profits. It will be repackaged and sold to us as "a much more fair" ICP structure when all it does is save the company money. Screw them!

Ur a complete idiot, bonus payouts are a fixed amount so the amount paid out doesnt change. What changed is all the people who were going to make a ton of money that didnt deserve it now wont happen. If ur piased that means ur one of those people who were going to make a lot but werent producing.
