RETIRING managers and reps.

Look around you. Have you seen managers begin to "retire?" Reps retiring early? What do
you think this is? These folks were "retired." Were some of these reps super performers? Always winning the big prize? Were their managers always lauding them? These were the bad seeds and now they are the sacrificial lambs. What goes around comes around. Joe J is only covering his ass. You won't here who they are but you will see this happening all around you.

It could also be, at the rep level, that they can no longer stand the crap!! I know a couple high performing reps who have been harassed so consistently by the young punk FLM that they simply have chosen to get the hell out!! In both cases, they had secured other employment before they left, but they definately were high producers and their former teams are sucking in their departure.

A super rep was fired a few years ago, her manager at that time has since retired within the last few months. Not sure if I raed anhthing into this. But interesting. Also another of his top reps recently retired early.......

does make you wonder.

If you're 50 years of age and older, no debt, house paid off, kids gone, you just get to the point where it's just not worth the ridiculousness of the job anymore. Especially if you have other talents before you got into pharma. Thank goodness I took the "hardship" severance package because I sure don't miss all of the Bulls*&t all of you who are still there are going through. Life's TOO short!!!
