Retirement possibility

What is the rule of 80? If early retirement is offered. Any specifics would help? I would think there might be a fair amount of us who qualify across the nation , just don't know much about. Maybe some "qualifiers" would take the golden package, opening up spots for those in need.

I would assume that your age plus your years of service must equal 80.

I'd jump on it. Either that or take volunteers or both to help those that still want their job. Would certainly help morale.
