50% percent of my hard earned business expected to be lost with these changes. It’s not worth staying in Retina trying to to recoup this loss. All of Retina has taken a nose dive with the biosimilars coming out. No longer a special space. It was never really that special!

Right? Sounds like a disgruntled soul who thought they could cake walk it in Retina. It is still a special space, you just have to sell the product now for wAMD/DME with the options and step edits. In GA, there are only two horses. Not sure our horse is able to be ridden though

I'm thinking that the person who asked doesn't work for Astellas, and probably does not work for the company that sounds just like Astellas and also has a GA drug.
