No oncology company holds back 20% of your earnings in order to pay a bill down the road, especially one which enjoys over 900 million in operating profit for 120 people. The severance plan is 2weeks for each year...which is the worst by the way..and that so called retention plan ....hmmnnn you may not ever see that money if they decide to dissolve this division early furthermore it isn't that much. Plenty of people who have left here received sign on bonuses of 15 grand and stock.
I do not know what world you have come from maybe you are one of those people who are in the MDP and have hung out with fat joke ME in his basement.
