We've become a ginsu knife commercial, "But wait there's more!!!!" to get product to our customer. Stop throwing everything at our customers, making it more complicated and increasing our costs. We're not making it more efficient, just more confusing.
1. Get VK out of the sample business and go with what they know, have TAMs sample offices and patients get from their HCP
2. Half of the FLMS aren't working, aren't in the field, don't know the customers. No need to have 1 per division. Get rid of the ones that everyone knows aren't working and have the remaining cover 2-3 divisions OR keep some of the case managers at VK for customer issues.
3. Reduce VK to triage of patient assistance only (and Case managers if FLMS eliminated).
4. Stop burying your head in the sand and make changes now. Customers can't keep up with all the changes and it isn't making it better. Logistics to get patient drug has become a huge money sucking drain as we keep trying to recreate the wheel and it's time someone had the balls to say enough, we can't afford this incompetency or cost!!!
