Restrictive Drug Formulary for Lilly Employees

Why would JL agree to a formulary that restricts access to many brand name drugs for many Lilly employees? I just paid $70 for a commonly prescribed brand name drug for a chronic illness.
At the same time Lilly sales reps scream when companies like Anthem disadvantage one of the products we sell. Is Lilly not doing the same damn thing?
I understand we need to save money as a company but how about taking a few million from JL's yearly compensation insead of screwing the rest of us!

JL will do anything POTUS tells him to do according to his new health plan. Lilly employees and retirees are getting royally screwed by Anthem and Lilly.
