Response---Melanoma---and BRAF!!!!

Hey you uncaring jerks at Response!! Do you realize you are negatively impacting patient care!!!!
The FDA has only approved BRAF on the COBAS system for the new Melanoma drug therapy. When you get an Oncologist to send you BRAF and then you use up valuable patient tissue and get a positive....The patient is still not eligible for the drug Vemurafenib!!

What do you care...you are almost bankrupt...There are only three approved labs including Laboratory Corporation to run this test right now!! YOU Will negatively impact care and patient finances. Insurers will not reimburse for this drug if therapy has not been guided by the cleared test!!!

I am not an angry rep but a nurse who FOUND THIS OUT THE HARD WAY!!!!

You should be reported to CMS and the FDA...!!!!!!
