Respiratory vs. CNS position

I was recently contacted by a Teva DM wanting to interview me for a Teva Neuropain opening in a territory where I live. I was planning to relocate to a different area where I there is currently a Teva Respiratory Specialty position (no current contact with Respiratory DM). From someone currently working in pharma and torn between these 2 seemingly good opportunities with a seeminlgy solid company. Which side would you recommend, is there a big difference in pay, is CNS side considered a higher level? Any real feedback appreciated. Thanks
