(Resp. Reps) What would this company have to tell you in July to keep you around?

I'm trying to think. Assuming I still have a job, no matter what they tell me July 5th, I'm still looking. I mean how much would they have to reduce our goals to even make this realistic? And even if they reduced all the goals, this drug is still not going to make enough money to keep reps around. When only 4% of the reps in the nation are at or above 100% YTD metric, it's a problem. When your product is less than 50% to goal, it's a problem. When it's flat to declining in it's first year of launch, it's a problem. Overall, what the hell are they going to tell Resp. reps that would keep you around long term? Maybe you'll get another Year? 6 Months? Then back to more cuts/reductions. Just my 2 cents, but even if you still have a job in July....GTFO and start interviewing. Stiolto is doing so badly there's no way it can support a sales force. Good luck to all.

So sad to check out recent IC. I am over 65% to goal, obviously outpacing the nation and I barely surpassed $1000. After seeing my IC I wanted to vomit. BI knew what they were doing to go to $/Rx as it is saving them a boatload of commission payouts. Money earned is definitely not coiniciding with effort even during these uncertain times. Even though I have a sick feeling I am being downsized next week, I have still been giving good effort in the field. BI is trying to screw us all around. Why do I even still care at this point?

To answer the original question: They could tell me they are getting a triple or some other drug. Outside of that, there's nothing left to discuss. If my future with this company is based on Stiolto then there is no future. If the drug was going to perform it would have happened a long long time ago.

I feel saying this, and i DON"T want it to be true, but is there even a point in not laying off all resp. reps now? I mean what's going to change in 2 weeks? Dr.s still don't like the product and aren't using it :( G.L. all.

I waiting to see what i gotta do to keep severance, if I am placed then I better get a nice bump in base and some bonus to boost morale here and even then Im still looking to leave. The person who will be my manager, if I get placed, i refuse to work for this person.

Nothing they could tell me to keep me around. Even if I have a job, I'm still looking. Why? Well, what kind of working environment do you think you're going to have here when you have: 1) a very bad product (Stiolto) and 2) complete desperation to make it sell because it's all we have for years to come.

Micro managing like crazy. Reports out the ass. Trying to hold people "accountable", while delivering "what our dr.s want/need", even after the 20th time of those Dr.s saying LAMA/LABA is not how they practice medicine and they hate the respimat device.
