So I left just about 3yrs ago. I worked with some really great people but could see the writing on the wall then. ML/JW are just complete tools. SB came from IBM? and is technologically inept. Does he still do forecasting? At any rate, I have been hearing literally from recruiters, physicians and administrators how bad Zoll is. Wow! it is a complete joke. Zoll should distance themselves from this division. Managers......uh this is the pinnacle. Reps use this as a transition and GTFO and focus on minimizing damage. It does surprise me how bad it has turned out. Darn shame great concept just grossly unqualified leadership direction.
 






Just saw a few LV jobs advertised and laughed my a** off! The requirements of the job are requesting that candidates be stable and not be job hoppers, which is laughable since the LV division continues to churns the sales force. If you’re interviewing for a job here, please ask how many reps have been in the territory over the past 3 years. The LV hiring manager is “looking” for candidates that haven’t job hopped, but they can’t keep reps more than 2 years themselves? Hypocrisy at its finest. Let’s be honest, the RMs are looking for a warm body to do the job and will be looking for another warm body in a few months or a year when the rep finds a better roll. One of the territories I saw available says “expansion” territory but I know the rep that had that territory and quit a few months ago. That’s no expansion peeps!
 






Curious where all the Zoll alumni went, there should be a seperate board.
