Really, are there any decent bio reps? I have not met or heard if one that is decent. Seem to be losers. What gives?

Yes. Some. Not many. Most have been let go by the big 3. A few left during recalls but they are old and see an opportunity to take their business with for huge commission. So there really isn't a team atmosphere. A bunch of loners that have been put together by circumstance. It used to be entrepreneurial, but it isn't now.
