so far 2 reps stepped down and heading to the promise land why is everyone leaving. what is happening to cornerstone. any dm's or rsds have the answer please give us some insight

All..... This is a stepping stone in your career. If you cant get a better paying (by 20K+) job, you may need to look at another career. This job gives you pay scale and that is all. The next position you look at will base your pay off how long you have been in Pharma. That is what you are in....... Deal with it and jump....... Everybody does..............

Its not really hard to see why reps are leaving... Cornerstone has gotten away from the entrepreneurial environment (Where reps can actually make decent bonuses) and reps know there is very little ability to get substantial bonus checks because the company is trying to make up for "over paying" the reps from Q4. I'm sure that most people would leave if they were given another option.

Crtx was such a better company before they went public! Take us back to being a private held!
