Nevro is not the long term solution to a career. Ask all the people that have been fired and ones trying to keep up with the growing quota to keep up with the stock price and soon to be fired. Trust me, you will be fucked quick fast and in a hurry. Nearly impossible for even tenured scs reps with relationships to keep up the growth demand. If you get enticed with a nice guarantee and can engineer your next move b4 it ends, its a good move. You better have that next moved pretty solid and certain it will pan. I know a few people all fired within 7 months! NO joke, but I'm sure some dumb ass thinks hes superman and that I'm full of shit!

This is true. They will fire your ass with NO warning. One day it's "you're our guy, just keep doing what your doing" and the next it's "thanks for playing, now hit the road." If you do last for more than an year, quotas ramp in dramatic fashion, so don't plan on getting any overage money.
