Reps Evaluate Managers on Core Values?

Transparency?? Integrity?? Respect?? Does anyone think the managers exhibit our "core values" on a daily basis? I think a great idea for our week long NSM would include a session where the reps get to rate the managers (DSMs, RBDs, etc).

This is what the management team expects from reps: work like a dog, be treated like crap, don't ask any questions, accept not making any money and kiss their asses. If you can do all of these things and smile while doing it all, then YOU are "core valued."

Sounds like OPIE AKA DAVE ACHESON has surfaced at Cadence.....God Help us all! He is a snotty-nose kid who will blame the sales force for all market share failures, and, take credit for successes; IF there is any success....jerk.
