Reps being fired- not a realignment?

I heard a summit club winner got fired recently in the Midwest area. Should we be worried? What's going on?

THIS THREAD IS stupid and not factual. Maybe that person left the company or they were fired because they did something wrong like an expense report issue or something. Astellas is a good company they just don't fire people for no reason. They don't downsize for no reason. There is always something underlining that happens. To write a thread about this is silly. They are not realigning or firing people for no reason. God CP is always filled with people who are negative and trying to get everyone scared for no reason. so annoying. Really! You should watch what you say when you are loaded with errors yourself. This is the exact negativity that is not warranted nor deserved. The other poster was saying that the negativity needs to stop and that people who are fired, we don't know the whole story. Astellas will not fire people for just working so before you post crap without knowing, you should find out the facts.

. Just checked. There ARE quite a few jobs. Looked at one. Can anyone tell me what the difference is in flex time and summer hours? Do we have flex time jobs? Or does that refer to flexible Fridays? If so, then WHAT can they possibly be referring to in the job listing when they state "summer hours" as a perk of the Astellas culture? Corporate, this would be a good time for you to speak up, as we know you love to do....
