How does Vas still have a job? The company has been re-organizing every year since he took over. Vas is an incompetent leader like 90% of the people who come from McKinsey. It sucks that Novartis is such a shitty place to work now.
Vas’s “get over it” attitude about the questions about working remotely speaks volumes because he’s a short-sighted, self-important bully who can’t think 2 weeks let alone 2 quarters ahead. This is the same executive who authorized recruiting new talent through flexible work arrangements as he sold off half the campus only to pull a 180 because he can’t ever make up his goddamn mind.
I’ll be glad when the Board finally realizes Vas is a losing bet and fires him. I wonder if he’ll con another Board to let him ruin a biotech. How long before he goes back to his only skill, a hollow manipulative corporate con artist… I mean McKinsey consultant?
