If you have a position with Publicis and you do your job the best you can, once the contract is up will you still have a job? I know they try but if not any severance or you just out a job?

Are you fucking drunk or just stupid? No severance at all. Contracts virtually always end early and you only get the last day your worked for payment, period. When you are between contracts for months when one comes up you have to interview just like any outsider. You can't even get the dipshit recruiters here to call you back. PSS is an absolute shit company and only gets the bottom of the barrel contracts. If you can't do better than his dump you should just work at McDonalds.
