Will it hit R&D? I know there has been a huge slow down there with alot of people jumping ship lately. Should really be reorganized. The leadership at the Mid-levels (Director, VP) is really bad. Could use some bright new leadership.

With so many overpaid people sitting around trying to look busy something is going to happen.

Moving all Pharma R&D to California would be the smartest move this company has made in a long time. It would revitalize R&D and put it on a new track towards success.

Why is there any Pharma in Rochester? Why four facilities with so many Pharma functions. Most of what they do in Rochester is just paperwork anyhow. That can be moved anywhere.

FALSE ALARM. Do you really think this management is capable of making a big move such as consolidating research at one location. They are here to pick up their large salaries and that is it. Sure management and HR will continuously pick off a few people each month just to show that they are in charge but a large scale change in the workforce is way out of their league.
