Any idea if this is going to happen? Management has been awkwardly silent. Are we expecting major reorg and where?
Correct, dumping ground for dead weight and malcontents. Their most likely fate is to be bought up by a generics company...Organon is a sinking ship, Mama Merck dumped the dead weight with no life boat - Own It as a motto?!?! Ha ha ha ha

Sold absolutely nothing, I am not a sales rep...Someone may want to read the papers. Pfizer did the same thing with spinning off an older product company. Birds of a feather flock together. I'm sure the accounting and finance know how to make more money for MRK that a bloated ineffective sales force.
What did you sell besides lunch today???
Unfortunately that statement could be from any pharma sales rep.Sold absolutely nothing, I am not a sales rep...

LMAO. Why do we allow managers to campout in their roles for decades? Other companies remain fresh and relevant, telling sales managers to move up or out after 10 years in the role.
On field rides I've noticed all biotech sales managers are in their 30's. This is the Xerox model of the mid 80's, what a joke.
They should do the same with Reps too. 10 years and either become a Manager or do something else.
Definitely… those Reps feel they are entitled… should be fired and lose their house and car.
