Reorg after Organon

Any idea if this is going to happen? Management has been awkwardly silent. Are we expecting major reorg and where?

I sure hope so. Our company operates very inefficiently in silos, it would be great to knock down a few silos.

Someone may want to read the papers. Pfizer did the same thing with spinning off an older product company. Birds of a feather flock together. I'm sure the accounting and finance know how to make more money for MRK that a bloated ineffective sales force.

Well the head of HR at Organon is Aaron Falcione - a certified psychopath, so there’s that. They obviously demoted him to Organon because of his highly over-inflated ego and his inability to control his anger issues. He’s just a liability waiting to happen and I’m so glad I’ll never have to see his bloated face again at Merck.

LMAO. Why do we allow managers to campout in their roles for decades? Other companies remain fresh and relevant, telling sales managers to move up or out after 10 years in the role.

On field rides I've noticed all biotech sales managers are in their 30's. This is the Xerox model of the mid 80's, what a joke.
