Mark W. Is a douche. That rention plan is typical of a big pharma bs move. Why the hell would he not push for a flat dollar amount. Given all of the uncertainty going forward, that would have gone a long way to ease people's minds. We have no idea what the plan will even look like, or even know if it is achievable. Not to mention, that we have to stay on until 2018 to collect. That is...if we are retained. Nice try Mark, but this doesn't retain people. Go back to work.
