You guys are fucked, period. There’s no ROI for this team. Time to find a company that’s worth a shit.

The divestment is clear and the group has been SET UP TO FAIL.

No real budgets for educational lunch and dinner programs.
Marketing materials stripped of any sales message.
Now, a demotivated team that's been told no raises and a cut in bonuses in 2022.
And new hires come in at the lower wage.

But hey, they'd rather pay 6 people to run around harming their corporate image than 1 or 2 highly qualified experienced people driving the business.

An internal medicine pod mentality thay only an nternal medcine mind can understand.

Brand knows generic will arrive before 25'. Will be bleeding it for all its worth. Pcx will be OK because they will have other PCP centric products but renal is on dialysis.

So many job postings including our Renal team. Pity the naive ones that take these jobs. Why would they back fill? They should move people into these other divisions. Too stupid to figure that out
