Can someone please tell me about the pay in this division? How are the products? Is it a good place to be? Avg bonus quoted at 50k... Is this correct? Thanks for any input.

Stay away from this company, management has no idea what they are doing and can't stand up to mother Sanofi. Most management is checked out or ones that are trying to manage are managing by micro management and reps can't breath and are wondering if pods are next, most are trying to get out ASAP.

Renal is going to attempt to ask nephs to RX Solo Star, how do you think that will make their referral base feel, would you go to a heart specialist to fill a cavity? Then why is management asking us to have nephrologists to RX insulin based on a small trial in the field, managing sugar isn't their "bag" baby, rather it's the primary care or endo. HELLO! IS THERE ANY BODY IN THERE??
