Whyizzit these companies can't face the truth? They want to sell profiles at all costs, so we go out and do just what they tell us to do, and then they realize that the company might get caught so they change all the rules. So we start posting on CP about the shady tactics and they pulled the threads down because they want to make it look like they're so innocent, right MM, LC, ES, MZ?

leave the east coast alone. your idiots in the mid-west and west coast can not compete with the east coast. we dominate month to month and year to year. we have volume and multiple lab access, so if you were in our shoes you would do the same and get the business and win. sorry you guys can not compete with us. you should be cheering us on because we keep the lights on

Could not agree more. Phadia forced a really good manager out of the company from the west coast because he began to question their ethics. He was replaced by KC from the east coast. A company man. No place to go. No resume. But he knew how to cover his eyes and say yes. Yes Amen! WG and MM were so proud, so happy, and the rest is history.

He resigned b/c he went looking for another job...writing on the wall. Makes sense to go to Quest, they're the biggest and most secure....he'll be able to fly under the radar there for years.
 


















Who's laying blame? Read the posts...no one is blaming MM for anything (he didn't have that much power). He's one of the many clowns at the top of the IDD triangle, he got out b/c everyone should be looking for a way out of here. He knows that immunocap cannot sustain itself forever, and w/o a real pipeline ya gotta look. Quest is big enough where he'll get away with being a lousy manager for awhile, I wonder who he'll take with him?? Let's watch the rosters!

MM is hardly a lousy manager. Unfortunately he was forced to commit to numbers that were based on fantasy. He will do well at Quest; he's brilliant and cute.

Hey douchebag...ever hear of different time zones? Weather channel says East coast has snow on the ground so there's no allergy there ya idiot. PP was right about MZ, and that was MM's problem. He had scum working for him, DMs who tell their reps to pay docs to write, favorites getting new zip codes and losing bad ones, etc. Shady deals with labs..... I personally hear DMs tell reps to do this...and if you're not a crony pal of MM he ignores you @ meetings, regardless of how many ACEs you win. He's arrogant, and rude and that's the sign of a crap leader....he's leaving b4 he gets canned, don't let the door hit you bud.
