This does not sound frivolous based on the previous example cited in the article.

The article dose not say the Feds found no wrong doing. You have no Idea how Qui Tam cases work . Any honest person who worked or works for JnJ knows 100% this case has merit

You may want to look into past employees to find key witnesses. Janssen has a history of very bad behavior. Many maintain complete records of that fraud.
