Because he kept his doc, that means that it’s not important that he’s one of the few exceptions to the fact that millions lost theirs.
We have a raging STD epidemic but because he’s been both lucky and to a certain extent lucky, then he wants to deny the obvious: that promiscuity is the root cause of it, no promiscuity - no transmission of stds!

I've been vocal that there was one problem w/ ACA and that the trumpet fixed it when he signed and XO allowing people to buy 'off grid'. Other than that? Change your fucking governor and get behind the plan dumbass.
