It was such a great idea...
It was above MG's pump and dump price, so lawsuits would be moot.
It meant the bondholders could covert "in the money".
What ever happen to this idea?
Wouldn't it be better to sell for $65/share than do the dilution for $1.75 that someone else mentioned?
Why aren't they selling the company for $65/share?
Does it have something to do with the mean people who tell lies here?
