Objections you shouldn't mind, they show some interest. How you handle objections and what resources you have to support your answers are important. Consta was very successfull because of all the education and groundwork Janseen laid with nursing and support staff. The efficacy of the molecule was never in question. Lilly as usual expects miracles, overnight. We never learned and never will, it takes TIME, urgency is our issue not the customer. You cannot rush the uptake or hurry the acceptance. Without educational support behind the processes and requirements, which will take months, we are doomed to disappointing sales. It's the Lilly way. Clueless....

Are we telling our doctors everything that came out in the trials about sedation??? I strongly doubt it, given the things I've heard we used to say about weight gain. I worry about getting a patient (finally) on this and then having someone have a real problem.

This is the worse drug in history. I hope leadership decides to look at these posts to gain some real insight. This isn't a company meeting where I have to be PC all the time. I love cafe pharma! Here it is served RAW.

Lilly.....we are getting massacred by Janssen because they have the drugs, the business model, and the legacy of their company which infects the reps today. Well one might say "why don't you go work for them?" My reply is...."I'm trying to!"

But in the mean time, I will keep pleading with my customers to find one patient a month that they can place on this crappy drug.

Let's see..huge painful needle...expensive...hours of post injection waiting room supervision, training and registration....

Easy to see why this stuff is a flop. I don't get why they are throwing money at it (reps and marketing).
