Relocation

Hi,
I have a good opportunity to get offered a job at Novartis' Florham Park area. The only problem is that I live in Southeast Pennsylvania. This would be a tremendous opportunity for myself and my family (no children, just wife). There would be a significant increase in pay as well. Being that the company is 2 hours away from my house, I was thinking of these options if offered the job:
1) Ask to be able to work from home 2x/week
2) Relocation package
3) Have me put up in a living complex for 6-12 months until I get situated with my house

Any advice, how I can make this work being that it is so far away from my current location?

What sort of job are you being offered in Florham Park? The cuts were primarily in gen meds (East Hanover) and field force. What oncology product would you be working on?
