Let’s see the $$ list everyone is talking about. To the new RSMs lesson #1 is you don’t tell people others salary info!! Release the list. Let’s illuminate the truth of salary discrepancies and favoritism. I can’t wait to see how F’d some people are getting from this place.

Someone who interviewed with way LESS experience, zero specialty/dermatology, etc., was told salary range higher than what I make WTF!!! Explain that Sun!! Was it the skirt??

That’s on you cupcake. You are more than welcome to go find a job somewhere else. Reps that had real existing biological experience got salaries in line of what biologic reps make. Those that didn’t got payed what they were used to making. Sounds like you might need to take a negotiating class or two.

However - desperate to fill 20 positions so the pay has been increased??

My negotiating skills are just fine and I’m one of the group that has the most bio experience on this team. That’s why it’s hard to comprehend significant bumps for people with zero to limited bio experience, no derm experience.
I don’t know rationale but I’ve spoken to two candidates and pay range is higher than first group back in Dec-Jan 2018.

Bottom line is there are blatant salary discrepancies across the very first hires and starting again with ranges being given to people currently interviewing. Facts.
It’s Sun. Nothing is done the right way here.

There are way too many things going on at this company to pick one thing. I’ve run out of F***s to give at this point. We all know this is a mess.
