Reimbursement Manager roles??

What are these positions like?
How much salary/bonus?
Compare to sales?
Again, how much salary?

You will get many employees who who try to sneak in personal expenses while on business trips.
They will overlap their vacations with those trips.
If you want that headache, then by all means, apply for the position.

If you’re looking at a job with sun you’ve really got to consider the risks.
There’s a record of product recalls, illegal actions and a lack of integrity that’s endemic.

Everyone working on branded Sun products at Princeton and out in the field will soon be out of a job. LMFAO! No future. LMFAO again!!

If you look at the caliber of candidates and the turnover the past few years, that tells the warning story.
When even low-performers from third tier healthcare-related companies come and then leave, you know there are real problems.

Soon to be out of a job? LMFAO! Zero self awareness.
They’ll just get transitioned to other products while we’re forced to try to move units on a 5-year old drug that derms can’t wrap their heads around how to get because it’s different then every other drug they use. Wrong specialty for a BNB model.

The FRM position is being transitioned to an Account Manager with HUB access. The level of duplication is unprecedented. It is likely either a redeployment to another group is forthcoming or a high change of a downsizing.

Always wonder where people get their info on here? Everyone seems to know everything but really know nothing.

Well hang out in Princeton and you will hear a few things. Or go back to your comfy house and do nothing as usual for you. 12 months from now there will be no FRMs. There will be a hybrid position that has PHI and can answer billing issues. Pull through will be done internally in Princeton or possibly India. You are looking at significant cost savings by cutting heads that are either redundant or are out sourced. It is just good business by a frugal senior leadership group.

This would require the hub to be somewhat efficient though. The hub in current state is as valuable as used toilet paper.

Many companies have FRMs and the Patient Support role mentioned that work together and provide different value to offices. Strong companies always evaluate new ideas. There are rumors and there are ideas and there are actual things that will happen and nobody in cafepharma knows what will occur but it is fun when people think they do know. Time to get to work!
