Who has the worst regional mgr. I think I have. She is absolutely psycho screaming at everyone about sales.. She weighs about 500 pounds or about the same as a small elephant. She makes my life miserable with her lies and bullshit. Anyone top that?
 






Is she in JD's inner circle? iIf she is ,she ain't going nowhere!! Get used to her. We had one in our region that was a drunk and a damn liar. Screwed around on his wife all the time. Got busted for calling JC a derogatory name. He ran off multiple producing, good reps.We had him to the day he died because he was a part of THE club.

I've been with MWI for 5 years and this is theworst mgr. I have ever had. As long as I keep feeding her peanuts I guess I can put up with her. I just hate spending my money on treats everytime she rides with me.

What region are you in? I am looking at sales in the Vet industry in the South. Been in industry for quite some time.
 






Let's get it straight here. My RM is DG and she is anything but a liar, to the contrary she is a fair and straight forward person. Is she concerned about goals? You bet she is, that is what she is hired to do. If I am not mistaken, the RM's compensation program is based on their respective region hitting goals and the future of our company, like others, is based on strong sales performance. Our jobs are goal based jobs.
But what coach when the score is lopsided against them says "Aw shucks, the game is over, don't even worrry about trying " to their team. The one that has that attitude is soon to be an un-employed one for sure.
My numbers have been in the tank lately and I have been encouraged to look at new opportunities. DG and I have looked together at whether I am missing out on things that I have overlooked. Is she wrong for doing this? Of course not, that is her job.
I am very dissappointed at whoever would get on here and post things about my company and my region.

The key word here is encourage and we look at it together. My RM SCREAMS incoherently at me for not hitting goals. When she rides with me she talks to me like I am a retarded person not capable of understanding the sales concept. This is the 1st quarter in 5 years i am not hitting goal and she is all over me. No thank you for the previous years of hitting goal. She doesn't encourage, or work with me, she tries to intimidate me and others that I hear about. She does not belong in management and if MWI likes this management approach then we are all doomed to scare tactics and maneuvers.

How did you know? Her breath is not all that bad. Again i hear other distributors are hiring. Check them out. You never know you may be much happier.

Terrible. I don't know when her time of the month is because she is always in a bad mood. No one gets personal time unless they are hitting goal? She can kiss my ass. I'll take my vacation time but you won't know about it.
P.S. the diet cokes aren't helping. How about laying off the apple pies and have a salad for dinner instead.

What part of the region are you in? Other companies are looking for good reps.
 


















Who do you compete against? Reps name? How long have you been in your territory? I hear that MWI lost a rep in Alabama and Mississippi as well. I wonder if they are happy? Were they any good?

I dont know who was originally posting about all of this, but the person you are referring to in Alabama and Mississippi was Bubba. He was a great guy and a good rep. There just isnt alot of room for good ol boys in this industry that is being taken over and controlled by women. From what i hear he is VERY happy today.
