Let's get it straight here. My RM is DG and she is anything but a liar, to the contrary she is a fair and straight forward person. Is she concerned about goals? You bet she is, that is what she is hired to do. If I am not mistaken, the RM's compensation program is based on their respective region hitting goals and the future of our company, like others, is based on strong sales performance. Our jobs are goal based jobs.
But what coach when the score is lopsided against them says "Aw shucks, the game is over, don't even worrry about trying " to their team. The one that has that attitude is soon to be an un-employed one for sure.
My numbers have been in the tank lately and I have been encouraged to look at new opportunities. DG and I have looked together at whether I am missing out on things that I have overlooked. Is she wrong for doing this? Of course not, that is her job.
I am very dissappointed at whoever would get on here and post things about my company and my region.
