Just met the guy and he is a empty suit! He should be a mid manager at most.

He personally cares for people in my opinion. I hope he never leaves this company. He is devoted to those who perform here as a director should. Sour grapes for those who haven't, and good luck in this reorganization.

I have ridden with him in the field and he was professional, helpful, gregarious!
