Incorrect. The only changes that will happen is if the FDA rejects the expansion. For 2019, nothing has changed. The Kowa contract is the only thing close to contracting that we will ever do. The only thing that isn’t off the table is a buyout. That will not happen this year as no one is making reasonable offers until the label change is approved.
 






And your correct. The only changes that happened is the FDA rejection of the expansion. For 2019, everything has frozen and clawback. The Kowa contract was closed Friday, We are 100% close to contracting will never ever do. The only thing that is happening is a buyout, most likely SUN or TEVA, That will happen this September this year as no one is making reasonable offers because the label change is not getting approved, ever.

Teva is about to go bankrupt. They are in no position to buy anyone. Nice try
