Base is higher than 55k; bonus changes from year to year. It is paid on hitting monthly or quarterly objectives, depending on the year. Total comp of 350k is ludicrous.

Whoever wrote this is an absolute idiot and has no idea just how poorly Acumed and Colson pays.

Comp plans change every year at the will and desire of whoever is leading. You won't make over $230k, ever.
