RSU 15,000 units @ 8/9/19 close 5 yr vesting
Car allowance $850 month
$5,000 lease incentive

I refused and did not counter,

Yep. Rep pay is 68-75. RBM is 105-115. IC is twice the average ic for team members. Pay is in line with primary care. There is, however, a newish key accounts rep type of position. I’ve heard they will have a separate group of managers who will make something more in line with specialty pay.
