Crazy stuff going on at Organon. Reach and frequency mindset is back which was the death of the old pharma mantra. Sales Directors of East (RM) and West (KT) are spinning out of control with micro management tactics.

Susie get a grip on the US market. Just because you want growth doesn’t mean you will get it, even with price increases. WH engagement is reaching an all time low, brought on by a leadership and marketing that despises the sales teams ( Blake and marketing) creating more access barriers to cut the sales team out.

2025 will be a year of sales decline! OTC birth control is here as a first line choice.
 






It’s imploding here! More cuts coming as they hire more DTC from
Marketing come and trainings are being coordinated with the new training specialists, cutting out access for Clinical account specialiats.
