Maybe it's "...dominated by old, white men?" because they're the ones that worked their asses off to get capital investment to start the company. I'm sure 'old black men' could've done the same, but they didn't. Find something else to blame for your failures.

Not sure about the work asses off part. Bankers will fund anything you Chia pet. This company and industry is filled with whites bc in American Caucasian culture, whites trust whites. Proven fact. Now go try tying those shoes laces again.

As the recent failures started with IP theft by Research and incompetent lawyers do you think these two departments will have the largest percentage of the upcoming RIF or will Len be demonstrating his typical favoritism and punishing Commercial and Manufacturing for the misjudgment and mistakes that he encouraged.
 












As long as Manufacturing continues to falsify data, write/approve vague protocols and reports, approving poor quality documents, we will all fail.

Simple fix - change culture by changing Manufacturing leadership - especially Quality.

Well, duh. Somehow AMGN has made more money on Repatha than the Alliance has on Praluent, and now their volume is catching up too. Everyone's NRx and TRx are getting crushed. AMGN just flipped Tricare and pushed UHC Medicare to parity. That sure looks like an iceberg on the horizon...
