Hi there,
Have been contacted several times by pushy recruiters about jobs here(I’m in Ireland).., but it’s very hard to find out anything. And the recruiters don’t exactly seem like they’re telling you all they know.
All the reviews on Glassdoor are terrible...and I’ve heard they have trouble keeping staff, is it really that bad?
I fancy a change, but I’m happy enough where I am too if you know what I mean, but would like a change of scenery, any first hand info on what it’s like?... don’t want to make a mistake I’ll regret!!
Jimmy.

Not a great place for feedback most are negative here and it depends where you’re going? Overall treat employees well, have good science but so so competing and pay and benefits are average. Lots of openings and lots of tunover if that helps. If you’re happy I’d say stay put

Its a validation engineering role. I’ve done a fair amount of validation (projects/new equip) etc. But that might be 25% of my year currently, not sure I’d enjoy doing it full time. Where I am I get to go back to day to day process engineering after the projects, but this sounds like one big project which could be a PITA.
I hate paperwork!!

Stay well clear, it’s a wanker of a spot.
Full of angry twats in tight pants with no lives, pretentious fuckers. Directors act like pigs.
Real boys club, most of the staff are burnt out and doing their best to get out.
