So many loser lifers here that get the benefit of the doubt cause of tenure and constant reorgs. no one knows what they do or contribute because leadership and structure change every year.....simply fly under the radar or get by on past reputation/tenure

Tons of experienced employees have been treated like garbage by new hired gun managers/VPs who come from outside with "fresh ideas" and after they totally derail their group they are off to the next role somewhere else and those experienced employees are left to pick up the pieces. Medtronic has sqaundered so much expertise.

This is half true. Issue is that these new hires are trash, but are also dealing with puzzle pieces (people) that suck shit, also. It's a loser partnership
