As the holidays approach, so did layoffs of entire Adlarity team and many others throughout Corium. Whip lash after non-stop pushing from leadership, and folks working so hard. When the board drops the ax, it drops fast.
 






So sorry for those let go on Adlarity and HQ so terrible. The pressures def been on but if you need anything don’t ask Mgt or leadership because they won’t do shit to help but will be the first to ask why are NBRxs low
 






Probably plenty of consultants still around to figure out NBRx issue on both brands - or to just continue the charade to fleece Mgmt and line their own pockets. Such a sad joke
 






Better start looking now! Azstarys will be next, as soon as the board decides you’re not worth their investment. And you will get the bare minimum severance Corium can legally offer. Doesn’t matter who you know.

Yes. It’s going to be absolutely miserable to work there. Glad I got out. My ex-manager was intolerable before Q4. Can’t imagine what’s to come.
 






Considering Bus Dev team axed in Adlarity cuts, I’d say Azstarys is carrying the company. And one of those guys joined just a few months ago. Nice going. No new product additions on the horizon. The ship has shrunk.
 






There is no way that Azstarys sales can carry the load going forward into 2024. This is still an inflated sales force with sales needing to double based on operating costs, even with the current layoffs.

No way reps can make good bonuses based on just NRBx. Ugh.. it is time to leave this Titanic while it last. At least, the copay program of 3 free is helps some.

As they say, you always make your biggest bonuses the first year of launch and its all down hill from here on out. Did great my first year, but no way I can keep up with my massive goals in 2024.
 






Illusion, smoke and mirrors. Adlarity voucher or Azstarys 3 free - shows volume but no cash. Corium is essentially paying for scripts. That’s why TRx should matter too. Those are the reimbursed ones.
Private equity wants ROI. Team expansion, mega cash investment - and now the time has come. Where’s the $$? Remember the town hall? We need to be cash flow positive by end of 2023. Who are we kidding? Not even close. it’s obvious the charade this company has become.
 












Exactly what happens. Switch to generic after the free coupon period for AZS or voucher for ADL. Dreamers must be running Market Access. And for a while, the board bought into the fantasy. Reality is a whole different story. Long term, this story won’t be happily ever after.
