I may have misunderstood or misheard what was said on the call last Friday, but I could have sworn Brad said they wanted to keep 300 reps and 30 managers. 300 is a lot less than 340 in just a matter of weeks. Confirmed with 2 ppl on my team who said they heard this too.Brad stated in NJ... they want to keep 340 reps... with all 3 teams.. according to the spread sheet that went out... there are 415 positions... 45 that were currently vacant... leaving about ~360 reps
Brad stated there will be NO overlap of targets.
There will be some lost... dont think it'll be a "bloodbath" ... but... you never know.
I got 2 different impressions between NJ and the Friday call. NJ he said keep 340 reps. He wasn’t filling vacant spots because he was trying to save as many people as possible. Then on Friday’s call he definitely said keep 300 people. I also got the impression there will only be 2 team. One selling meibo & legacy products and the other selling Xiidra abd Meibo.

I think the blue, purple and Aqua team will be ONE team, selling Miebo, xiidra and Vyzulta.
Love that the local bl rep had a Dr write Miebo for a severe DE patient...

They never tell the truth with these things. If they cut more than what they said theyll come up with some kind of reason why. The people that remain wont care because they have jobs and they dont care about the people they cut.Oh man I forgot he said that on the call about “there’s a position for everyone at B&L if you want to be here” what a crock from the preacher in his pulpit. This guy really thinks highly of himself, huh?
I’ll say this again for the delusional NVS people in the back. We’ve been lied to about this whole thing for awhile now. From Pretzel Head telling us we matter and that NVS cares about eye care, to the $30k+ money carrot they dangled (that no one from B&L has mentioned), to the supposed NVS severance we will get if cut before a year. Now we’re being lied to by Brad and B&L. This “redeployment” will be a major shake up. Many will lose jobs, territories will shift significantly, targets will move to other reps. Get ready for this wild ride. 60 days starts tomorrow

Well we’re getting Xiidra samples so that’s positive. Maybe most of us will get to stay
THISI just want to know. It’s awful that the majority of us are stressed about our jobs going into the holiday season. They know what our fate is. Theyre just keeping people hanging on in the hopes of a bit more growth. Just tell us and let us either move on or commit to staying here and finishing the year strong. Not knowing if I’ll have a job or not is causing so much distraction. I’m spending my days job searching and interviewing not actually selling.
